IN-PERSON
I will mediate most cases IN-PERSON, and in fact, I prefer it. I have ample space at my office if applicable, and I will travel you.
By ZOOM
I will mediate by ZOOM, which is the most popular method now or even by phone. I will manage the ZOOM, and I utilize breakout rooms for all the parties
HYBRID
Sometimes one party wants IN-PERSON, and one wants ZOOM or telephonically. No problem. We can accommodate most methods.

I love to mediate cases. Plain and simple. I have and will mediate two attorney actions, individuals without counsel disputes, or fifteen attorneys complex actions. It doesn't matter. I mediate cases throughout California. I am available In-Person, by Videoconference, By ZOOM, or any other combination. I use breakout sessions, joint sessions, or counsel-only meetings depending on the case. I will structure the mediation how you want and in the most effective ways to settle your case
I am a Special Master for complicated Construction Defect actions (residential and commercial) throughout California. I can help navigate your complex action with Pre-Trial/Case Management Orders, conferences to ensure efficient and non-duplicative discovery is exchanged, and when ready conduct settlement conferences to settle your action.
Some cases need to be mediated before a lawsuit is filed, usually because the contract requires it. If your contract requires mediation before commencing litigation, I can help you resolve your disputes before filing the complaint.
