I am an approved Mediator with the California Association of Realtors, and mediate most real estate actions arising from the sale of residential or comercial properties.

I mediate habitability actions throughout California related to living conditions, bedbugs, or other substandard conditions in hotels or apartments.

I mediate consumer actions, including lemon law actions involving dealerships, manufacturers, or finance companies.
