Half / Full day Flat Fee Charges
Two/Three Party action half day: $2,500.00
Two/Three Party action full day: $5,000.00

Half day is defined as 1 hour preparation, 3 hours mediation.
Full day is defined as 1.5 hour preparation, 6.5 hours mediation.
All additional work is billed at $600.00 per hour.

Real Estate Mediations

Lemon Law/ Consumer Actions
After December 31, 2025, mediations are billed at $600.00 per hour. Each party to agree to pay half of total charges.

Complex/ Special Master
Complex actions, Special Master involvement, Discovery Referees, and/or Construction defect actions are billed at $600.00 per hour after December 31, 2025.

Travel
Travel time is charged over 45 miles from Fresno California at $200.00 per hour.
Fees and Charges
