Fees and Charges
Fees and costs should never be a mystery. As detailed in my 8 Principles, there is no cancellation fees and payment is accepted by check only.

Mediation Services
Mediations can be booked for half and full days. Unless the parties stipulate in writing to a different distribution, each party is responsible for equal split of the charges. There are no cancellation fees or typically pre-payment requirements.

Half or Full day
Two/Three Party action half day: $1,600.00
Two/Three Party action full day: $3,100.00

Half day is defined as 1 hour preparation, 3 hours mediation.
Full day is defined as 1.5 hour preparation, 6.5 hours mediation.
All additional work is billed at $415.00 per hour.

Travel
Travel time is charged over 45 miles from Fresno California at $200.00 per hour

Complex/Special Master
Complex actions, Special Master involvement, Construction defect is billed at $415.00 per hour.
