Two/Three Party action full day: $4,000.00

Lemon Law/Consumer Actions
All mediations and mediation services are billed at $415.00 per hour. Each party to agree to pay half of total charges.

Complex actions, Special Master involvement, Construction defect actions are billed at $415.00 per hour.

Travel
Travel time is charged over 45 miles from Fresno California at $200.00 per hour.
